Just by looking at waterfalls and the mist and fog of the mountains which appear and disappear right in front of our eyes during rainy season(at least 90 days but last year 2025 lasted 180 days!)Invigorating mountains around and over 200 trees here will fill your lungs with crisp, pure mountain air, rejuvenating your body and mind with each breath

When we pluck over 100 mangoes or chickoos from a single tree which we had planted just a few years ago! We have over 50 fruit bearing trees including avocados and mulberries too

With mother nature and deep relaxation by simply walking barefoot on our pathway layered with cow dung…this practice potentially improves sleep, enhances circulation, strengthens foot muscles, and boosts mood by connecting with the Earth’s natural electrical charge

Swimming Pool
Pool swimming induces feelings of deep relaxation, euphoria, and mental clarity, often described as a “blue mind” meditative state and water’s buoyancy creates a sense of weightlessness, reducing stress and physical tension. It releases endorphins, combating anxiety and improving mood…and even more with our fresh water pool without any chlorine or chemicals is indeed a rare experience.
Sacred Gaumata
Cow hugging, or “koe knuffelen,” creates intense feelings of peace, comfort, and deep emotional connection, acting as a therapeutic, stress-reducing experience. The interaction, which involves petting or lounging against the warm, calm, and slow-moving animals, triggers the release of oxytocin, dopamine, and serotonin while lowering cortisol levels
