Having met personally different mystics and gurus and evolved human beings and wanting to know deeper meaning of life and purpose of life and death and being guided by late Dr Pankaj Naram my business mentor and friend am reminded of his profound statement that “People only buy solutions to their problems or pay for good feelings ! So while redesigning and during transformation of our property here kept in mind this simple philosophy that guests who come here may experience some or all of these feelings during their stay here…

Sound of the Flowing River

The sound of flowing water commonly evokes feelings of deep relaxation, peace, comfort, and tranquility. It acts as a soothing, natural white noise that reduces stress, improves focus, and helps with sleep by overwhelming the brain with gentle, consistent sound.

Feeling of Awe

Just by looking at waterfalls and the mist and fog of the mountains which appear and disappear right in front of our eyes during rainy season(at least 90 days but last year 2025 lasted 180 days!)Invigorating mountains around and over 200 trees here will fill your lungs with crisp, pure mountain air, rejuvenating your body and mind with each breath

Feeling of Gratitude

When we pluck over 100 mangoes or chickoos from a single tree which we had planted just a few years ago! We have over 50 fruit bearing trees including avocados and mulberries too

Feeling of Being Connected

With mother nature and deep relaxation by simply walking barefoot on our pathway layered with cow dung…this practice potentially improves sleep, enhances circulation, strengthens foot muscles, and boosts mood by connecting with the Earth’s natural electrical charge

Infused with green tea and mint leaves hand picked by you Enjoying chai is more than a beverage; it is a sensory, emotional experience offering comfort, warmth, and a moment of calm. Often described as “a hug in a mug,” this ritual provides a cozy, stress-relieving pause to the day, whether shared with loved ones or enjoyed in peaceful solitude

Swimming Pool

Pool swimming induces feelings of deep relaxation, euphoria, and mental clarity, often described as a “blue mind” meditative state and water’s buoyancy creates a sense of weightlessness, reducing stress and physical tension. It releases endorphins, combating anxiety and improving mood…and even more with our fresh water pool without any chlorine or chemicals is indeed a rare experience.
